Four Indicators, One Map

Inflation covers over a hundred countries, GDP growth around eighty, unemployment and interest rates around sixty. Each is the latest official reading, not an estimate — so the map answers "where do things actually stand" rather than "what is expected".

Colours That Mean Something

Green and red follow the indicator, not the number. High GDP growth is green; high inflation and high unemployment are red. Interest rates get a single-colour scale instead, because a high policy rate is neither good nor bad on its own — it just is. The scale itself adapts to each indicator, so a map of inflation and a map of interest rates are both readable rather than one being washed out.

Every Country on Hover

The map answers where at a glance; hover answers how much. Point at any country and a card follows the cursor with its name, the indicator, the reading, and the month it was published — so the numbers are one movement away without a second panel taking up room.

Part of a Full Picture

This widget shows the macro backdrop. Others show what markets did with it: the economic calendar lists releases before they land, the world market summary colours every stock market by today's move, and the market overview charts a watchlist.

Who Uses an Economy Map?

Macro-focused publishers put it beside commentary so a reader can place a country in context. News sites use it on economics coverage where a single chart cannot show a global picture. Brokers embed it on education pages to show how rate and inflation cycles differ between markets.
